You must not share your login details with any third party. ree999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, ree999 requires completion of its KYC process. You will be asked to provide government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method. ree999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All ree999 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and account balance displays are in BDT. ree999 does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT transactions.

The minimum deposit amount on the ree999 platform is ৳200. ree999 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ree999 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed promptly. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day where possible. ree999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ree999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the platform. Withdrawals may only be made from funds that represent Real Money Play balances; Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal (see Section 7).

Live in-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time at ree999's discretion. ree999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement.
ree999 may apply maximum payout limits on individual games, markets, or wager types. Where such limits apply, they will be communicated within the relevant game lobby or market page. ree999 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any wager that it determines to be placed in a manner designed to exploit errors, technical faults, or promotional terms in bad faith.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ree999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses) will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds.
Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through the use of multiple accounts, multiple payment methods, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ree999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
11.3 ree999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ree999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
